So with all the plates that you're having to keep spinning, you spend less and less time doing the stuff that you truly love to do (and that might be the marketing, or the sales conversations, it's different for everyone) and more and more time dealing with the admin, the emails and the tasks that you really should not be doing.
Here's what can happen (and maybe already is) when you are doing things that aren't your unique brilliance:

Imagine instead that this is your new, normal day:
You have a team of Virtual Asistants ready to take tasks off your hands and leave you to do the high-end stuff, the things that you TRULY LOVE to do, or that bring you in a whole heap of money. THAT'S IT.
You break your week down so it works for you. For example, imagine you have 2 days for potential sales calls, a free day (yes, taking time off from your business to focus on you!), and a day where you make the content and marketing. THAT'S IT. Those days spent handling admin, connecting sales pages to checkouts and the likes are gone!
Right, I hear you! So hear's what you might be thinking:
"I can't afford to hire anyone else."
A new hire should pay for itself within 3/4 months. So while the initial outlay might feel like a stretch if it's not quite within your budget, with the time you will save you will be able to complete far more money-generating activities/take on more clients. Imagine if you spend 3-4 hours a week alone on emails and admin - imagine what you could do with that time! Start that new marketing campaign, take on 2 new clients...your new found time will pay for the new hire.
"I don't have a team yet to delegate to."
No matter if you have a team of zero, or a team of 10, there's no reason for you not to be thinking like a 7 figure business owner - if that's where you want to be. 7 figure business owners do not do their own admin, or answer the support emails, or schedule the media posts. 'I already have a team, why don't I just use one of them to hand everything over to?'
We strongly believe that people have their own unique set of talents and skills. Not every person is well placed to complete all tasks. For example, Sam, founder of Boost and Bloom, is a 7724 on the Kolbe scale - this means she is strategic and methodical and follows through to the end. Whereas Jess on the team is a 4438, so she loves and thrives on demonstrations and onboarding! We're all unique. And we play to those unique abilities.
Chances are, there are people on your team who aren't thriving. Do you know what the real strengths are for everyone on your team? Handing over all of your tasks to someone who is not wired for it can end in you taking everything back within weeks, and then having to sort through and catch up on everything that slipped through the net during that time.
"I am very precious about tasks and would spend as much time double checking, so I may as well do it myself."
We're guilty of this one actually - we have a few people here at BaB that used to be super precious! But actually, we document and implement processes and use task management software so that you can see that things are being done and completed. We understand it's not easy letting go of control, but don't worry, we can hand hold you through that process. It's not as scary as it sounds, we promise!

We've been doing this for a while now, so we walk the walk as well as talk the talk, which means we play to our strengths and only work with female business owners that are committed, serious, and ready to take their business to the next level.
If you want to try to save money (and in our experience it often ends up as an expensive mistake!) by handing all of your tasks down to one person or an office junior and you can't see the value in having an all-female tech-savvy, pro-active and system-orientated team behind you, we're not for you.
If you only need a few hours of VA services a month, we're not for you. We've found that when we've worked with clients on a low number of hours, they struggle to let go of tasks, don't commit to fully wanting to get out of the day to day tasks of their business, and although it's really easy money for us, it's not what we're about.
Our VA support retainers start at 20 hours [£700] per month minimum. If you want VA services, but less than 20 hours, we're not for you. You'll be amazed at what we can take off your plate when committing to at least 20 hours a month.
If £700 sounds expensive, that's ok, we are at the higher end of the VA pricing. And with good reason. We're worth it. We're efficient, thorough and tech-savvy.
I'm going to get a bit 'woo woo' on you now, but bear with me...

Imagine yourself in 12 months' time. Imagine you were no longer caught up in the day to day tasks. You no longer reply to all the emails or set up all the funnels. Imagine you replaced all the time you saved with new clients, creating new products and generating more income.

I have worked from home since 2012, and started my own business at the start of 2016. It's gone from strength to strength, but it hasn't been easy!
When I started out, I had a just turned 3 year old, and a 2 month old baby. I was exclusively breastfeeding, doing all the night feeds, and decided to start my own business.
Crazy, huh?!
I worked long hours and slogged away at doing everything myself...
...If I didn't know how to do something, I'd YouTube and Google and I'd figure out how.
I've learned many things along the way. I've made some mistakes. I've also made some great decisions. I've invested in myself and the business through mentoring and business programs.
And I've built an incredible team around me.
